         The creator of universe has divided mental enrichment into SEVEN grades. LEVEL VII: Nearly 30% of souls(all living beings) fall in this category. In this level, souls show little or almost no interest of enlighten themselves. Their misdeeds & .good deeds are equal. LEVEL VI Those souls whose aura becomes 10 times stronger than LEVEL VII enter into LEVEL VI of consciousness. Most of the souls fall in this.category. Duration: For best and fast results, we must do it twice a day for at least 30 minutes each time without a break. Our nose has two nostrils and we will breath in and breath out fresh through these only. Procedure: Sit in an open place with  a lot of fresh air as per your comfort. Step I: Now, close one nostril with your finger and breath in fresh air through the other opened nostril slowly to fill your lungs with fresh air for 10 seconds. Step II: Retain breathed in fresh air in your lungs for another 10 seconds. Step III: Now, close the opened nostril with your finger and let the inhaled air breathed out through another one. Our presently run education system is obsolete and full of rot. It must be revised now because the generations are lacking the spirit of virtues and patriotism. The central government must take prompt initiative in this direction at the earliest through steps mentioned as under: 1. All schools( private and public both) should be managed by the ministry of education up to 10+2 level. Private schools should charge minimum amount as fee authorised/permitted by the education department. 2. Similar education should be available in all schools across India with same syllabus and books prescribed by the education department. 3. Privately published books should be abolished. Government printed books should be taught only and be available in the market. 4. Fee collected by private schools should be deposited to the education department and staff salaries be paid by the department only. 5. All children of govt employees must study in govt schools only up to 10+2 level. 6. Education after
