DEEP BREATHING EXERCISE(Anulom-Vilom) - A SURE SHOT REMEDY FOR ALL AILMENTS
What is it?
It is a deep breathing exercise which provides oxygen to body cells all over thus diseased body parts start functioning properly without any medicine. Since long YOGI(saintly persons) lived disease-free long life but we are forgetting this technique in present days and facing its consequences.
Duration:
For best and fast results, we must do it twice a day for at least 30 minutes each time without a break. Our nose has two nostrils and we will breath in and breath out fresh through these only.
Procedure:
Sit in an open place with a lot of fresh air as per your comfort.
Step I:
Now, close one nostril with your finger and breath in fresh air through the other opened nostril slowly to fill your lungs with fresh air for 10 seconds.
Step II:
Retain breathed in fresh air in your lungs for another 10 seconds.
Step III:
Now, close the opened nostril with your finger and let the inhaled air breathed out through another one.
Repeat it with alternate nostrils without a break.
